- Schedule: Day Shifts 7a-6p M-F
- No Call Requirements
- Practice Setting: Operating Room (OR) and Endoscopy (Endo) for Hospital
- Trauma Level/Designation: Level 4
- Average Number of Cases Per Day: 15
- Annual ER Volume: 16,000
- Description of OR Staff: Rooms staffed per procedure with Registered Nurses (RNs) and techs
- Number of Operating Rooms: 2 Operating Rooms with 1 Endoscopy Room
- Patient Age Demographic: Pediatric to Geriatric
- Require Procedures: General Surgical Cases (Adult & Ped), Minor Nerve Blocks, Regional, Plexus, spinal, Epidural, Vent Management, Local Infiltration
- CRNA Supervision/Independence: Independent work with remote supervision by Anesthesiologist
