Direct Hire Nursing Home Administrator Role $120,000 to $125,000 per year in Aurora, Ohio
Clinical Magnet, a division of ICON Medical Network, is looking for a Nursing Home Administrator (NHA) to join our partner's full-time team near Aurora, Ohio. This is a DIRECT HIRE opportunity (not contract).
ESSENTIAL RESPONSIBILITIES
- Oversee the day to day operations of the facility to meet State and Federal regulations while ensuring compliance
- Ensure the highest degree of quality care is maintained for each resident at all times
- Responsible for the delivery of clinical services integrated with business plans to meet clinical, performance and financial goals
- Participates in the development and implementation of the long-term goals and directions of the company
- Must follow all applicable policies and procedures as well as current federal, state and local standards, guidelines and regulations that govern long term care facilities.
REQUIRED PROFICIENCIES
- Bachelor's degree in a health-related field, such as healthcare administration or business administration. Masters preferred
- Active, unencumbered LNHA (Licensed Nursing Home Administrator) license
- Experience as a Licensed Nursing Home Administrator in a long term care community or similar supervisory experience
- Strong knowledge of reimbursement regulations and nursing practices and procedures
- Proven track record of successful financial management and operational efficiency
- Passion for delivering compassionate, personalized care
COMPENSATION and BENEFITS
- Compensation begins at $119K but can be more based on years of experience
