About the Clinician's Workday The nurse practitioner will provide comprehensive neurosurgical coverage working under the partnership of one neurosurgeon. Responsibilities include managing inpatient cases (10% of time), conducting outpatient clinic visits (40% of time), and participating in operating room procedures (50% of time). The clinician will handle 2-3 OR cases per day three times per week and see 12-18 patients per day in clinic for 1-2 days per week. Board certification and prescriptive authority are required for this position.
