Functions as a monitor technician or Sitter in the department as needed. Assumes managerial duties as delegated by the manager/director. Position Details: Monitor Tech Supervisor Full Time Days Education: High school diploma/GED Experience: Minimum 5 years of monitor technician experience strongly preferred. Will consider previous healthcare and/or leadership experience in lieu of direct monitor technician experience Certifications : CRAT certification within 1 year of hire/promotion. BLS within 90 days of hire/promotion Other: Excellent communication skills and leadership qualities. Basic computer skills including familiarity with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook). Preferred Education: Bachelor's Degree Preferred. Why Mercy?
