RESPONSIBILITIES AND FACILITY DETAILS Family Medicine Medical Director(FM) - Family Medicine Medical Director- Lead a passionate team in a mission-driven FQHC
- 60% Clinical/ 40% Administrative
- Outpatient – 16-20 Patients/day
- Minimal Call- 1:7 phone only
- Work in a supportive environment with excellent staff and a collaborative team
QUALIFICATIONS AND SKILLS Family Medicine Medical Director (FM) - MD/DO
- Board Eligible or Board Certified in Family Medicine
- Experience with FQHC’s or in rural medicine is highly preferred
