- 4/10 Schedule

- 1:9 Call – Phone Call only
- 2 Patients per Clinical hour
QUALIFICATIONS AND SKILLS Family Medicine (FM) - MD/DO
- Must be Board Certified
- Licensed or must acquire PA license
- Leadership and training experience
