The selected candidate willbe responsible formaking sure the team is working as efficiently as possible and on the right set of priorities. In addition, the selected candidate willbe responsible forcollecting and analyzing metrics to ensure the team is successful. The supervisor will also be expected toestablishrelationships across the organization and will work oncross functionalinitiatives.
Monday-Friday 11:am-8:00pm Shift
Key Responsibilities include:
Plan, develop, implement, and evaluateappropriate policiesand procedures for advanced IT operations including development and maturation of case escalation processes to ensure free flowing escalation and information within the organization.Determinerootcauseof issues and communicate appropriately to internal and external customers.
Minimum Requirements
4+ years in an Operations Support role with at least 2 years in a people leader role
