Manufacturing Associate – 1st & 2nd Shift

Job Description
We are hiring Manufacturing Associates to support production operations in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. This role is responsible for assisting in running production lines, maintaining quality standards, and supporting overall production goals.
Available Shifts:
1st Shift: Monday–Friday, 6:30 AM – 2:30 PM
2nd Shift: Monday–Thursday, 2:30 PM – 12:30 AM
Key Responsibilities
Assist with running and maintaining production line operations
Set up machines accurately using proper setup techniques
Ensure cutting dies and bolts are properly secured
Monitor product quality (warp, dimensions, caliper, defects, etc.) and report issues
Work at the pace set by the machine operator
Support operators in meeting production schedules and efficiency goals
Perform tasks across different areas of the production line as needed
Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area
Complete production, safety, and quality reports accurately and on time
Proactively report equipment maintenance needs
Follow all company policies, safety rules, and housekeeping standards
Attendance is an essential function of the role
Additional duties as assigned by management
Qualifications
Required:
High school diploma, GED, or equivalent
Ability to perform manual labor in a manufacturing environment
Preferred:
Prior warehouse or manufacturing experience
Experience assisting with machines such as:
130 McKinley, 131 HyCorr, 135 Apstar, 136/138 Marumatsu, 143 Latitude, 149/150 J&L, 158 Tanabe, 1525 EM, 1527 A+, Bander/Unitizer
