Description
The Therapy Manager is responsible supervising and implementing Physical, Occupational and Speech Pathology programs for both inpatient and outpatient areas. Coordination of clinical activities as well as leadership and direct supervision of the rehabilitation and therapy staff. Responsibilities include but are not limited to: use of organizational skills, leadership, planning, implementing, evaluating and providing patient care through the use of hospital and nursing policies and procedures.

Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree in Physical Therapy or Occupational Therapy or any combination of education and experience that would provide the required knowledge, skills and abilities.
- Upon hire: California Occupational Therapist License Or
- Upon hire: California Physical Therapist License Or
- Upon hire: California Speech Language Pathologist License
- Upon hire: National Provider BLS - American Heart Association
- 5 years of Acute or ambulatory care clinical experience.
- Supervisory experience in a hospital setting.
