Role: Emergency Room (ER) Nurse – Day Shift
Location: Bullhead City, AZ

Pay:$39.00 to $48.00/hr
Overview:
Join the day-shift patient care team at our new community hospital in Bullhead City, AZ. As an ER Nurse, you will provide direct and indirect emergency care, triage patients safely and accurately, and deliver high-quality, compassionate treatment with minimal supervision.
Responsibilities:
- Triage patients quickly and accurately
- Provide direct patient care and evaluate outcomes
- Perform head-to-toe assessments and reassessments
- Communicate patient status and changes to ED physicians
- Monitor hemodynamics and interpret results
- Identify dysrhythmias using cardiac monitoring
- Perform point-of-care testing and act on results
- Manage pain assessments and education
- Maintain accurate nursing documentation
- Ensure patient safety and ER compliance
- Support patient and family involvement in care plans
- Maintain supplies and equipment functionality
Qualifications:
- Graduate of an accredited nursing program
- Minimum 2 years of ER experience or equivalent
- Active RN license with BLS, ACLS, and PALS certifications
- Strong leadership, assessment, and problem-solving skills
- Proficient in EMR systems
