Mercy Children's Hospital is currently seeking a PRN board certified or board eligible Pediatric Hospitalist to join our dedicated team delivering in-patient services in St. Louis, Missouri. Our Pediatric Hospitalist team consists of 9 physicians, 12 advanced practice providers and an engaged support staff focused on quality patient care.
Mercy Children's Hospital St. Louis:
- 23,000 pediatric emergency visits annually in our modern12-bed unit.
- 175 pediatric providers on staff with over 80 fellowship trained pediatric specialists.
- Over 165 beds in our children’s tower, including pediatrics, PICU, Level IV NICU and behavioral health units.
- 24-hour in-house neonatology and pediatric hospitalist coverage.
- Active child life program in our hospital & pediatric emergency department.
- Educational program for University of Missouri medical students.
- Member of Children’s Hospital Association.
- System-wide Epic EMR.
- We have a strong nurse practitioner program to help see patients in the newborn nursery and behavioral health.
