How you’ll transform patient care:
- You’ll manage the professional, technical and administrative operations of the clinical laboratories while working with both the Chair and the Director of Clinical Operations
- You’ll provide oversight of the clinical laboratories, which include chemistry, toxicology, mass spectrometry, immunology, hematology, coagulation, flow cytometry, microbiology, traditional blood banking, apheresis, molecular diagnostics, and HLA.
- You’ll have ample opportunities and support for clinical, translational, and basic science research
- You’ll quality for an academic appointment at Tufts University School of Medicine
Who you are:
- Possess an MD (or equivalent), and eligible to obtain a medical license in the State of Massachusetts
- Board certified in CP or AP/CP
- Proven leadership skills and considerable experience in the administrative, teaching, and clinical activities of an academic department of laboratory medicine
- Demonstrated expertise and several years of experience directing at least one laboratory medicine discipline
