The Staff Pad has partnered with Blue Ridge Medical Center to find a dedicated PRN Speech Therapist. This flexible, as-needed role is ideal for a compassionate professional who enjoys making a meaningful impact while maintaining work-life balance. You’ll work with patients of all ages to improve communication, language, and swallowing abilities.
- Assess, diagnose, and treat speech, language, voice, fluency, and swallowing disorders.
- Develop and implement personalized treatment plans.
- Provide therapy in individual and group settings, while educating patients and families.
- Document patient progress and treatment outcomes accurately.
- Partner with physicians, nurses, and other healthcare providers for coordinated care.
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology.
- Current state license or certification as an SLP (CCC from ASHA preferred).
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Experience across a variety of speech and language disorders is a plus.
