The Staff Pad has partnered with Blue Ridge Medical Center in Blue Ridge, Georgia. We are looking for a Hospital Registrar.
In this vital front-line role, you’ll be the first point of contact for patients entering the hospital—providing a warm welcome, accurate registration, and seamless coordination with clinical staff to ensure a smooth patient experience.
What You’ll Do
Greet and assist patients with professionalism, empathy, and efficiency.
Accurately collect and verify personal, insurance, and demographic information.
Enter and update patient records in the hospital’s electronic health record (EHR) system.
Collaborate with medical teams to ensure timely admissions and patient flow.
Respond to inquiries about hospital services, procedures, and policies.
What We’re Looking For
Education: High school diploma or GED required.
Experience: 1+ year in a hospital, clinic, or medical office environment preferred.
Skills: Intermediate computer proficiency (Microsoft Word and general data entry).
Ability to work calmly and effectively in a busy hospital setting.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a patient-first mindset.
