Location: Westland, Michigan and surrounding areas
Pay Rate: $40.00/hr to $50.00/hr

Description:
Birch Agency is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Occupational Therapist to provide Early On services to children ages 03 years old through home visits in the Westland, Wisconsin area. This school-based role offers a unique opportunity to work directly with families, supporting early childhood development in a natural environment.
Position Highlights:
Provide direct OT services to infants and toddlers under Early On guidelines
Conduct evaluations, create treatment plans, and support family goals
Deliver therapy in-home, focusing on real-world functional outcomes
Collaborate with caregivers and educational teams
Maintain required documentation and progress reports
Requirements:
Masters degree in Occupational Therapy
Active Wisconsin OT license (or eligibility to obtain)
Experience with pediatric or early intervention populations preferred
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
Reliable transportation for home visits
