Job Summary
Reporting to the Rehabilitation Supervisor, Home Care, this position provides direct physical therapy services to patients in the home setting. This role works closely with and under the direction of the Physical Therapist
Minimum Qualifications
Education
Associate Degree from an accredited Physical Therapy Assistant Program.
Experience
Prior Home Care experience is strongly recommended, or at least one year previous experience is strongly recommended in an Acute and/or Rehab setting.
Licensure and/or Certification
BLS healthcare provider required.
Licensure as Physical Therapy Assistant in Massachusetts
Skills
Clinical expertise for the age and type of patients seen.
Problem-solving skills.
Must execute sound judgment all duties.
Courteous and professional manner when dealing with people in person and on the phone.
Ability to prioritize workload and respond to urgent needs.
Committed to Service Excellence and customer satisfaction.
Must be able to read, write, and communicate in English.
Computer skills required.
Ability to maintain confidential information.
