- Monday - Friday 7am - 5:30pm -- surgical hours 7am - 5pm with possible late cases
- 12 cases per day in OR plus 4 - 5 off-site cases and OB coverage
- Facility operates 5 OR rooms plus specialized procedure room
- Anesthesiologists provide backup call coverage from home
- Cases include ortho, OB, thoracic, general surgery -- no cardiac or neuro
- Weekend and night call required with low callback frequency
