Job Description

This is an outstanding opportunity for a 3-6 year Litigation Associate. This can change the trajectory of your career! If you bring strong litigation experience and have the ability and the confidence to run cases on both sides of the v. and you have some experience leading fellow associates and tally up W's. Most importantly, if you care about doing what's right, this role is yours to own!

My client is a civil and commercial litigation, investigations, and strategic advisory law firm. They remain confidential at this point because their founders/Sr Partners are high profile difference makers who have already won many culture changing decisions.

They combine decades of collective experience and expertise to litigate the most challenging cases for individuals, corporations, and other for-profit and not-for-profit entities on both sides of the “v.” They also advise corporate boards, C-Suite executives, and senior leaders in navigating their most sensitive and complicated legal issues.

Fearless advocates with deep private practice, in-house, and government/public sector experience, their unmatched bench of renowned lawyers provide trusted, innovative advice that sees around corners and is five steps ahead when it comes to solving the most difficult and controversial problems.

This firm boasts an unparalleled track record of successfully litigating some of the most high-profile and consequential issues of the last 30 years, including landmark legislative and Supreme Court victories for marriage equality and many dozens of successful jury trials, arbitrations, and out-of-court settlements for a diverse array of clients. They have served as counsel and advisors to top government officials, university presidents, Fortune 50 boards and CEOs, and other litigants in both the private and public sectors for decades, making them uniquely well suited to coming up with ingenious, lasting solutions.

Understanding what this younger, yet extremely accomplished firm brings to the table should explain their need for anonymity. They would otherwise have time to do much else than take calls and meet with candidates hoping to meet this culture changing, difference making team!

If you want to align with this firm, you will have 3-5 years as a strong Litigator with experience at an AM100 firm and an impressive education (Top Law School with excellent collegiate resume and high LSAT score). If this is you, reach out to me for an initial conversation.

This opportunity compensates on the Cravath Scale!

Good Luck!
