Job Description

Ready to own your future?

We’re not just offering a job—we’re offering a business opportunity. At our agency, you’ll have the chance to be in business for yourself, but never by yourself. We provide you with proven systems, industry-leading resources, and strong leadership, so you can focus on building something that’s truly yours.

This is not for someone looking for easy—it’s for someone looking for worth it.

Entrepreneurship is about taking ownership of your success. It’s for people who are willing to put in the work to achieve financial freedom and fulfillment. If you’re ready to step into the driver’s seat and take charge of your future, this is the opportunity for you.

Why choose us?

The insurance industry is one of the wealthiest industries in America—built on a foundation of financial security and trust. It’s also one of the few industries where you can build a legacy while creating financial freedom for yourself and your family. But success doesn’t come from luck; it comes from having the right tools, systems, and support. That’s where we come in. From day one, you’ll be equipped with everything you need to thrive.

What we offer:

True Agency Ownership: You’ll contractually own your business, giving you the ability to protect and grow what you build.
Built-in Support Systems: Proven processes and training ensure you’re never left figuring it out on your own.
Exclusive Lead Program: Access to industry-best leads, vetted and generated in-house, so you can focus on what matters.
Comprehensive Training & Mentorship: Daily coaching calls, one-on-one training, and systems to guide every step of your journey.
Top-Tier Compensation Plan: Vested from day one with unlimited earning potential.
Conservation Team: Keep your business strong with support to minimize chargebacks.
Health Benefits: Health, Dental, and Vision insurance available after 30 days.
World-Class Incentives: Earn 3-4 fully paid trips each year as you grow your business.

This is a commission-only position.

Your earnings are entirely up to you. With no cap on your income, your hard work and dedication will determine your success. We provide the structure and resources, but your entrepreneurial spirit will drive your results.

Who we’re looking for:

Someone with an entrepreneurial mindset. Someone who’s ready to take ownership of their success while leveraging the support of a team committed to their growth. If you’re serious about building a business—not just working a job—then this is the place for you.

We believe in transparency. This isn’t for everyone, and that’s okay. But if you’re ready to partner with a team that’s passionate about helping you succeed, we’re ready to help you turn your vision into reality. Let’s find out if this is the right fit for your entrepreneurial journey.
