Job Description

Experienced HVAC Service Technician

Turnbull Heating & Air

I’m looking to add an experienced HVAC Service Technician to our team at Turnbull Heating & Air, a family-owned company serving our community for over 60 years. We’re focused on quality work, long-term relationships, and taking care of our people.

If you’re a skilled technician who takes pride in doing things the right way and wants stability with a company that’s been around for decades—and plans to be around for decades more—this may be a good fit.

What You’ll Be Doing

Diagnose, service, and repair residential and light commercial HVAC systems
Communicate clearly and professionally with customers
Complete work efficiently and correctly the first time
Maintain clean, accurate service documentation
Represent the company with professionalism and integrity

What I’m Looking For

5+ years of HVAC service experience preferred
Strong diagnostic and troubleshooting skills
EPA Certification (required)
Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
Reliable, self-motivated, and accountable
Someone who wants to build a long-term career, not just bounce job to job

What We Offer

Hiring Bonus (details discussed during interview)
Competitive pay, based on experience
Tuition reimbursement for approved training and continuing education
Company vehicle and tools (for qualified technicians)
Health benefits and paid time off
A stable, family-owned company with 60 years in business
Straightforward management and realistic expectations

Why Turnbull

We’re not a private-equity roll-up. We’re not a churn-and-burn shop.
We’re a long-standing local company that values craftsmanship, loyalty, and mutual respect.

If you do good work, show up, and take care of customers, you’ll be treated well here.

Apply today and let’s have a straightforward conversation.
