Director of Enrollment Management
The Walker School | Marietta, Georgia | Start Date: July 1, 2027

Every great school story begins with a family saying “yes.”

At The Walker School, that yes comes from more than seventy ZIP codes across metro Atlanta. As Walker celebrates seventy years of excellence, we are looking for a strategic, people-centered leader to shape who joins our community next, and to help every family feel known from their very first visit.

The Opportunity

This is not a traditional admission role. Our Director of Enrollment Management connects recruitment, selection, financial aid, onboarding, and retention into one coordinated strategy. As a member of the Senior Leadership Team, you will work alongside the Head of School and Board of Trustees to set enrollment and net tuition goals, read the market, and build a pipeline that strengthens Walker’s long-term sustainability.

What You Will Lead

A multi-year enrollment plan built on data, market insight, and national benchmarks
A Pre-K3 through Grade 12 admission experience that feels personal and welcoming at every entry point, including our New Avenues Program
A financial aid program that balances access, affordability, and fiscal health
Retention strategies informed by attrition data and stay and exit interviews
A talented admission team that thrives on care, collaboration, and continuous improvement

Who You Are

You bring five or more years of independent school admission or enrollment leadership, a full-cycle track record, and comfort with funnel data and admission CRMs such as Ravenna. You are equally at home presenting to the Board and walking a nervous kindergarten family across campus. You lead with warmth, humor, and humility, and you live values like ours: Curiosity, Dignity, Honor, and Kindness.

Why Walker

Join a diverse, open-to-all-faiths community known for strong academics and close student-faculty relationships. We offer competitive compensation, comprehensive benefits, tuition remission, and a 403(b) with employer contribution.
