Job Description

The Journeyman Electrician will play a key role in residential electrical projects by performing installation, troubleshooting, and wiring tasks. As part of a team led by a Lead Electrician, this position requires proficiency with standard electrical tools and occasional local travel to job sites. The role emphasizes collaboration and customer interaction to ensure high-quality electrical system installs and maintenance.

Responsibilities

Install electrical wiring and components in residential settings
Troubleshoot electrical systems to diagnose and repair issues
Perform system upgrades and ensure compliance with safety codes
Engage with customers to explain work and address concerns
Collaborate effectively with the Lead Electrician and team members
Use standard electrical tools safely and efficiently
Travel locally to various job sites as needed

Required Qualifications

Completion of electrical apprenticeship program

Preferred Qualifications

Journeyman Electrician License
Knowledge of electrical systems and components
Strong problem-solving skills
Proficient with hand and power tools
