Why Driven Marketers Choose REECE BUILDERS Over the Competition

Consistent Pay + Huge Upside: Secure a reliable hourly base rate PLUS uncapped bonuses for every qualified appointment you set. The harder you hustle, the more you earn.
Work in a Small, High-Energy Team: No getting left on an island. You'll ride and work alongside a supportive team and team lead focused on hitting daily goals together.
Clear Career Progression: We hire our high-earning In-Home Sales Representatives (100k-200k+) directly from our top canvassing talent.
Community Reputation: Representing a local, family-owned business with a 55-year track record means higher trust at the front door and higher appointment conversion rates.
Predictable Hours: Work standard business hours with local Triad travel provided or coordinated within your assigned territories.

The Role: Field Marketing & Appointment Setter

As a Field Marketing Representative, you will be the face of Reece Builders in target neighborhoods across the Piedmont Triad. Your job is simple: engage homeowners in friendly, face-to-face conversations, spark interest in their home's exterior or bathroom needs, and set up free, no-obligation consultations for our senior sales team.

Key Responsibilities:

Execute Neighborhood Outreach: Conduct direct door-to-door canvassing in selected, high-converting neighborhoods across the Triad.
Spark Interest & Build Rapport: Engage homeowners in upbeat, natural conversations about their exterior (windows, siding, roofing) and wet-space bathroom needs.
Set Qualified Appointments: Book confirmed follow-up consultations for our In-Home Design Consultants to run.
Collaborate & Win: Coordinate daily territory coverage with your team, participate in daily kickoff huddles, and push each other toward team bonus tiers.
Manage Territory Efficiently: Maximize your time on the ground to ensure every assigned street is systematically covered.

Who We're Looking For:

Self-Motivated & Driven: You bring high energy, resilience, and a drive to hit daily targets. "No" doesn't slow you down-it just brings you closer to the next "Yes."
Personable Communicator: You enjoy meeting new people, adapt your conversation style quickly, and leave a positive lasting impression at the door.
Team Player: You thrive in a friendly, competitive environment where wins are celebrated together.
Dependable & Punctual: You show up ready to work, manage your time well on foot, and represent the company with integrity.
Requirements: High school diploma or equivalent. Valid driver's license and reliable transportation for local territory travel.

Preferred Experience (Not Required - We Will Train You!)

Entry-level experience in door-to-door canvassing, direct sales, retail, hospitality, or customer service is a plus-but attitude beats experience every time.
Willingness to learn our simple, proven outreach scripts and conversation framework.
