Interpret and analyze engineering drawings, CAD models, and specifications to produce accurate toolpaths.
Ensure all programs meet tight tolerance requirements and aerospace quality standards.
Select appropriate cutting tools, speeds, and feeds for materials such as aluminum, stainless steel, and titanium.
Collaborate with engineers, machinists, and quality teams to resolve design or machining challenges.
Perform program prove-outs, first article inspections, and process improvements.
Troubleshoot and refine existing programs to improve efficiency, accuracy, and cycle time.
Maintain detailed documentation for all programs, setups, and revisions.
Adhere to all safety, quality, and regulatory requirements, including traceability and documentation standards.
