Job Description

Are you an Account Executive who has sold to senior living or LTC facilities, or an Account Manager who has done revenue expansion for them? Do you thrive growing existing accounts, or does opening healthcare new logos get you out of bed? These Account Executive roles (spanning new logo, expansion, mid-market, and enterprise) are a natural fit for healthtech SaaS sellers (both new logo Account Executives and farming Account Managers) who have sold to LTC, SNF, senior living facilities, or healthcare practices. If you’re an Account Executive or Expansion Sales Executive interested in the massively growing senior living sector, please read on.

This high-growth, PE-backed health-tech SaaS company builds AI-powered sales and marketing tools for senior living communities and is now extending into operations, with a resident and family engagement platform and a new operations AI product launching soon. Thousands of communities already use the platform, giving expansion hires an established customer base and new logo hires a well-known brand to sell. Sales has been founder-led plus one seller, and they are now hiring several AE's (some to hunt new logo, some to farm existing accounts) to drive growth through targeted (rather than high-volume) prospecting. Reps run their own demos and ramp fully in about three months - this team is looking for hunters and farmers who will ramp quickly, so experience in this space is a huge plus.

What You Will Own

New logo AE: win mid-market (5 to 15 facilities) or enterprise (15+ facilities) senior living organizations
Farming/Expansion AE: grow existing senior living clients into operations-side solutions, opening new stakeholders inside accounts already using their products (CS owns day-to-day client management)
Sell resident engagement now, then add the operations AI product when it launches in Q1 2027
Deliver your own product demos
Help shape the sales playbook as the team scales

What You’ll Need

This role is a strong fit for Account Executives who have sold software into senior living operators or operations buyers, whether expanding accounts or winning new ones.

Sold into operations leaders (not just sales or IT buyers)
Healthtech SaaS experience (patient engagement, EHR, RCM)
Coachable and comfortable in ambiguity
Comfortable traveling about 20% travel (should be close to a major airport)

Plus Skills

Senior living, LTC, or skilled nursing software sales background
HubSpot or similar CRM
Gong, Loom, or similar sales tools

What You’ll Get

Competitive Comp Package: Base + Bonus/Variable (OTE between 180-200k)
Strong benefits and a mission-driven, fast-moving culture
A new product to add to your bag at launch (Q1 2027)
Hands-on role in shaping the sales playbook as the team scales
