General Labor / Upholstery Worker

Pay: $18.00 per hour
Schedule: Monday–Friday

We are seeking a dependable and hardworking candidates to join our production team. This position involves assisting with the manufacturing and assembly of vehicle seats and other upholstered products. The ideal candidate has hands-on experience using power drills, staple guns, upholstery tools, and other common hand tools.

Responsibilities

Assemble and manufacture seats according to production specifications.
Use power drills, staple guns, and various hand tools safely and efficiently.
Perform upholstery work, including wrapping, stretching, stapling, and securing fabric, vinyl, or other materials.
Assist with cutting, fitting, fastening, and assembling seat components.
Perform general labor and production duties as assigned.
Inspect finished products for quality and proper assembly.
Maintain a clean and organized work area.
Follow all safety procedures and company guidelines.
Work efficiently while maintaining attention to detail and product quality.
Lift, move, and handle materials as needed throughout the workday.

Qualifications

Previous experience in manufacturing, upholstery, furniture assembly, automotive interiors, or general labor is preferred.
Experience using power drills, staple guns, and hand tools is strongly preferred.
Upholstery experience is a plus.
Ability to follow instructions and work as part of a team.
Good hand-eye coordination and attention to detail.
Ability to stand for extended periods and perform repetitive tasks.
Ability to lift and move materials as required(50lbs).
Reliable attendance and a strong work ethic.
Willingness to learn new manufacturing and upholstery techniques
