Job Description

Levitate Foundry is seeking an entrepreneurial, commercially minded Senior Leader to oversee our integrated marketing services, including growth marketing, paid media, social commerce, PR, lifecycle marketing, and client strategy.

We are a female-founded Shopify Plus partner and growth marketing agency working with category-leading brands (Makeup by Mario, Orebella, NOCTA, EOS, MeUndies) and emerging tech (AI, fintech, blockchain). Our ambition is to build the market’s most innovative AI-native performance and communications agency.

We are looking for a builder and operator who has experienced marketing from multiple perspectives: inside a consumer brand, advising brands as a consultant, and ideally building or operating an agency of their own. You understand how to deliver excellent client work, but you also know how to build a profitable services business with responsibility for revenue, staffing, margins, and growth.

Core Responsibilities

1. General Management & Agency Leadership

Act as the senior business leader owning operational and commercial performance across paid media, social commerce, lifecycle, PR, and integrated growth.
Own team performance, resource allocation, and operational excellence.
Drive agency financial health: account profitability, utilization, and margins.
Identify service gaps, recruit top talent, and continuously improve client delivery and quality control without requiring constant founder involvement.

2. Paid Media & Performance Marketing

Provide senior strategic oversight of media buying teams across Meta, Google, TikTok, and emerging channels.
Oversee account strategy, budget allocation, creative testing, and forecasting.
Ensure rigorous standards for campaign execution, rooted in a deep understanding of attribution, incrementality, CAC, LTV, MER, and ROAS.
Guide senior buyers to translate media performance into broader, proactive business recommendations.

3. Social Commerce & Creator-Led Growth

Direct scalable social commerce strategies, specifically across TikTok Shop, affiliate programs, and live selling.
Connect influencer, UGC, and creator programs to measurable sales and customer acquisition.
Build new revenue-generating services around social commerce and social-first product launches.

4. PR & Integrated Communications

Set the strategic direction for Levitate's growing PR and communications capabilities.
Manage internal and external PR specialists, connecting earned media with social, creator, and performance marketing.
Guide strategies across consumer, beauty, fashion, and tech to drive tangible commercial value.

5. Senior Client Relationships & Growth Strategy

Serve as an executive-level partner to founders, CEOs, and CMOs of our client portfolio.
Develop integrated growth plans across acquisition, retention, ecommerce, and communications.
Strengthen retention, navigate difficult performance conversations, and identify cross-selling and account expansion opportunities.

6. Build an AI-Native Marketing Organization

Operationalize AI tools across creative testing, media workflows, reporting, and internal agency operations.
Partner with tech platforms (e.g., Higgsfield) to deploy solutions that drive distinct client results and superior agency efficiency.

Ideal Candidate Profile

You bring a powerful combination of three distinct experiences:

Brand-Side Experience: You've held a senior growth/marketing role inside a consumer, ecommerce, or tech brand, deeply understanding internal economics, budgets, and executive pressures.
Consulting/Agency Leadership: You've advised multiple brands, overseen cross-functional execution, and delivered results across different business models.
Entrepreneurial Ownership: You've ideally founded, operated, or scaled a consulting business or agency. You understand P&Ls, client acquisition, pricing, scoping, and how to scale delivery without sacrificing quality.

Required Qualifications:

10+ years in growth marketing, ecommerce, or integrated marketing.
Deep expertise in paid media (Meta/Google) and direct experience with TikTok Shop, influencer marketing, and creator-led growth.
Strong fluency in ecommerce economics, performance analytics, and agency P&Ls.
Experience managing cross-functional teams, PR/communications programs, and senior client relationships.
Exceptional executive presentation skills and the entrepreneurial initiative to operate with limited oversight.
Strongly Preferred: Former agency founder/owner, former VP/CMO at a consumer brand, and experience rolling out AI-powered marketing tools.

What Success Looks Like

First 90 Days: Assess current teams, establish clear accountability, review key client profitability, and take over meaningful day-to-day management from the founder.
First 6 Months: Elevate client delivery, build strong functional leaders, expand social commerce offerings, and build repeatable processes for AI across workflows.
First 12 Months: Operate a high-performing, highly profitable integrated marketing organization. Establish Levitate as an AI-native industry leader, allowing the founder to focus on strategic partnerships and long-term company growth.

Benefits & Perks

Financial & Health: Comprehensive medical, dental, and vision benefits, plus a 401(k) retirement plan.
Time Off: Flexible PTO, paid sick leave, and Summer Fridays.
Paid Holidays: Observance of major national holidays, plus a paid company closure from December 24 – December 31.
Flexibility: Remote-first work environment.
Elite Portfolio: The opportunity to shape digital innovation for some of the most exclusive and exciting brands in the market.
