Job Description

Leonard Splaine Company isn’t owned by private equity.
We’re not backed by investors trying to flip a company.

We are a family-owned and operated business that has served Northern Virginia homeowners for 70 years, and we believe something simple:

When you take care of people first — customers, technicians, and team members — growth naturally follows.

Long-term careers
