Position Overview

As an Over-the-Road (OTR) CDL Class A Driver, you will transport dry van and refrigerated freight throughout our primary service areas while maintaining a strong commitment to safety, compliance, and customer satisfaction.

Driver Responsibilities

Safely and efficiently transport dry and refrigerated freight.
Maximize available Hours of Service while remaining fully compliant with FMCSA regulations.
Operate safely and professionally in all weather and traffic conditions.
Perform pre-trip and post-trip inspections.
Maintain accurate logs and required paperwork.
Communicate with dispatch regarding load status and any issues.
Represent JAT of Fort Wayne professionally with customers and the public.

Qualifications

Valid Class A CDL
Minimum 18 months of verifiable CDL driving experience
Safe driving record
Ability to pass DOT drug screening and physical
Strong work ethic and dependable attendance
Commitment to operating safely and protecting our CSA Safety Score
Sorry, no SAP, DUI, or Non-Domiciled CDL applicants
