WE ARE LOOKING FOR A POOL TECHNICIAN TO JOIN OUR TEAM!

Island Pool Service is seeking a reliable and motivated Pool Technician to maintain and repair residential and commercial pools and spas. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys working outdoors, learning new skills, and providing excellent customer service.

Responsibilities:

Perform routine maintenance and cleaning of pools and spas
Test and balance water chemistry (chlorine, pH, alkalinity, etc.)
Inspect, diagnose, and repair pool equipment (filters, pumps, heaters, etc.)
Maintain accurate service records and report any issues
Communicate professionally with customers regarding services and recommendations
Travel to multiple job sites throughout the day

Qualifications:

High school diploma or equivalent
Valid driver’s license (required)
Experience in pool maintenance and repair (preferred, but not required)
Basic understanding of water chemistry and pool equipment (training provided)
Strong communication and customer service skills
Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
Must be dependable, punctual, and eager to learn
