Job Description

Who We Are
At Heat and Air Gurus, we're redefining what it means to be an HVAC professional. We don't do high-pressure sales or band-aid repairs. We empower homeowners through transparency, integrity, and WOW-level service. Our techs are trusted advisors and craftspeople who treat every home like their own. We're growing fast across DFW and looking for a technician ready to grow into a leadership role. If you see the big picture (the business, the customer, and the craft), this is your next chapter.

Collect payment, close the job in Crew Control, and ask for a 5-Star Google Review ($25 per verified photo review).
