About the Role:

Fiberglass Pool Designs LLC is looking for a motivated Swimming Pool Technician Helper to join our growing team in Hamilton, NJ! This is a fantastic opportunity to get your foot in the door of the pool industry, learn hands-on skills, and work alongside experienced professionals in a dynamic outdoor environment.

Responsibilities:

Assist lead pool technicians with installation, maintenance, and repair of pool equipment
Vacuum pools
Balance water chemistry
Transport, organize, and stage tools, equipment, and materials on job sites
Support plumbing and equipment setup including pumps, filters, and piping
Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment at all job sites
Follow safety protocols and company guidelines at all times

Requirements:

No prior pool experience required — willingness to learn is a must
Ability to perform physical labor including lifting, digging, and working outdoors in various weather conditions
Reliable, punctual, and a strong team player
Valid driver's license required
Basic knowledge of hand and power tools is required
Strong work ethic with attention to detail and safety awareness
