Visual Communications Consultant (Customer Service & Inside Sales)

Are you ready to see your work all over town?

At FASTSIGNS, we don't just print stickers; we help local businesses tell their stories. If you are a high-energy "people person" who loves seeing a project go from a rough idea to a finished masterpiece, you belong here.

We are looking for a Visual Communications Consultant-someone who is equal parts Project Manager, Sales Catalyst, and Brand Advisor. This isn't a "sit and wait for the phone to ring" job; it's a multi-faceted role for someone who loves to solve puzzles, collaborate with a creative team, and build lasting client relationships.

Benefits & Perks

We value our team's health, future, and collective success. Our comprehensive benefits package includes:

Performance Rewards: We pay Team Bonuses in addition to base wages-when the center wins, you win!
Work-Life Balance: Flexible Paid Time Off (PTO); Weekends OFF so you can recharge.
Paid Holidays: Enjoy time off with your loved ones during standard company holidays.
Career Growth: We believe in rewarding excellence. As you master the industry and grow your client base, there are clear opportunities for wage increases and advancement.

What Your Day Will Look Like

You are the heartbeat of the center, acting as the central point of contact for clients and ensuring the seamless execution of visual communication strategies.

Consultative Sales: Listen to client needs and recommend the perfect visual solutions (from vehicle wraps to digital displays).
Project Orchestration: Manage timelines, monitor project progress, and liaise between the client and our production team.
Relationship Building: Conduct inside sales, respond to inquiries, prepare quotes, and follow up on leads to ensure repeat business.
Strategic Execution: Align client projects with their branding and marketing goals while contributing to team meetings.
Daily Operations: Answer phones, write estimates, and handle administrative tasks with a high level of detail.

Who You Are (Our Ideal Teammate)

The Communicator: You explain complex ideas clearly and you're a pro on the phone and over email.
The Problem Solver: When a client says "I'm not sure what I need," you're excited to help them figure it out.
The Organizer: You can juggle multiple projects without dropping the ball. Deadlines motivate you.
The Team Player: You have a "how can I help?" attitude and a passion for learning.

Qualifications

Education: A Bachelor's Degree in Communications, Marketing, or a related discipline is a huge plus and will help you excel in this consultative role.
Experience: Previous experience in customer service, retail sales, or project coordination is preferred.
Tech-Savvy: Comfortable with basic math (measuring is key!) and learning new software.
Attitude: A positive, "can-do" spirit and a flair for customer service are our requirements.
