Experience with IP and data privacy issues specific to AI/machine learning technologies, such as training data rights, model outputs, algorithmic bias, and ownership of AI-generated content.

Business-oriented, pragmatic approach to identifying and managing legal risk.
Skill in developing and maintaining effective working relationships with internal clients and external customers.
Familiarity and comfort with driving process improvements in procurement, technology sales, licensing, and other technology-specific business and legal processes.
Strong judgment and discretion, including knowing when to escalate issues to senior leadership.
Intellectually curious and adaptable, with genuine interest in staying current on evolving AI technology and its legal, ethical, and regulatory implications for the business.
