Charlotte, NC
Privately Owned • Relationship-Driven

At our practice, dentistry is personal.

We’re a privately owned, two-doctor general dental practice just outside Uptown Charlotte, and we’re looking for a Registered Dental Hygienist who wants more than just a schedule full of patients.

We’re searching for someone who wants to build meaningful connections, work alongside a supportive team, and find a long-term professional home where their voice and expertise truly matter.

Doctors who value your clinical input and genuinely support your growth
A boutique-style environment that feels welcoming, calm, and personal

Who We’re Looking For

Licensed RDH in North Carolina
Strong clinical and patient education skills
Compassionate, dependable, and relationship-focused
Positive attitude with a growth mindset

If you’re looking for a modern private practice where quality care, strong relationships, and team culture still come first, we’d love to connect.

We’re not simply trying to fill a position — we’re looking for the right person to grow with us long term.
