Job Description

Are you a driven, motivated HVAC technician who wants your paycheck to reflect how hard you work? At AMG Contractors, we reward results. We're building a team of ambitious technicians who take pride in their craft, love a challenge, and want real earning potential through our performance-based pay and commission structure. If you're ready to be paid what you're worth, let's talk.

What You'll Do

As a Residential HVAC Technician, you'll install, maintain, troubleshoot, and repair heating and cooling systems in homes across our service area. You'll diagnose issues, recommend the right solutions, and deliver top-quality work that keeps customers coming back. The better you perform, the more you earn — it's that simple.

How You'll Earn

We believe your income should grow with your effort and skill. Our pay structure is built to reward your performance:

Performance-based pay that rewards quality, efficiency, and results
Commission and incentive opportunities on services and sales — the harder you work, the more you take home
Uncapped earning potential for technicians who bring drive and hustle

What We're Looking For

We want honest and self-motivated technicians who are hungry to grow and excited by the opportunity to earn more. To be considered, you'll need:

A valid TDLR (Texas Department of Licensing and Regulation) HVAC technician certification
EPA certification
Hands-on experience with residential heating and cooling systems
A driven, goal-oriented attitude and strong customer service skills
A valid driver's license and clean driving record

What We Offer

Beyond strong earning potential, we take care of our team:

Health coverage — we cover half the cost of medical, dental, and vision insurance
A performance-driven culture that recognizes and rewards your hard work
Opportunities to grow your skills, your role, and your income
A team that supports your success

Ready to Earn What You're Worth?

If you're a motivated technician who wants performance pay, commission opportunities, and a company that rewards drive, apply today. We're ready to help you build a rewarding career.
