Job Description

We are seeking a reliable, safety-minded Class A CDL Truck driver to join our team for regional operations. In this role, you will haul a standard dry van trailer, will all routes staying 100% within the state of Texas. This position is ideal for drivers who want steady miles while remaining closer to home, avoiding long cross-country hauls. You will be responsible for the safe and timely delivery of dry freight, conducting thorough pre- and post-trip inspections, and maintaining clear communication with dispatch and owners. We have a dedicated maintenance crew ready to handle anything to keep the driver safe and moving.

Pay rate :

$ 0.55 - $ 0.60 per loaded mile (Based on experience)

Layover and Detention pay

Key responsibilities:

Safely operate a commercial tractor - trailer combination (dry van) across Texas highways and metro areas.
Secure and transport dry freight safely, ensuring cargo remains intact.
Perform mandatory DOT pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections daily.
Maintain an accurate digital logbook (ELD) in accordance with FMCSA and Texas DOT regulations.
Communicate promptly with dispatch and owner regarding delivery updates, traffic delays, or equipment maintenance needs.

Minimum Qualifications and Requirements:

License: Must posses a valid, unexpired Class A Commercial Driver's license (CDL)
Experience: Minimum of 1 year of commercial driving experience
Medical: Must hold a current DOT Medical Examiner's Certificate
Bilingual: Must be able to communicate in both English and Spanish.
Drug Testing: Must pass a mandatory pre-employment DOT drug screening.
Driving record: No major at-fault accidents or critical safety violations, and absolutely no DUI / DWI convictions within the last 7 years.
