About the Role

All City Towing is hiring motivated, professional, and customer-focused Tow Truck Drivers to join our growing team.

No towing experience required — paid training is available for the right candidates.

Responsibilities

Operate light-duty tow trucks safely and efficiently
Respond to roadside assistance and towing calls
Load, transport, and unload vehicles safely
Communicate with dispatch, customers, and law enforcement
Complete digital paperwork and service documentation
Perform basic vehicle inspections and routine checks
Deliver professional customer service in stressful situations

Requirements

Valid Arizona driver’s license with a clean driving record
Ability to pass background check and drug screening
Ability to work flexible shifts (nights, weekends, holidays)
Strong communication and customer service skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Towing experience preferred but not required
