Job Description

Experienced HVAC Technician Wanted

Are you an experienced HVAC technician who’s tired of working for a big corporate company and being treated like just another number?

We’re looking for a skilled HVAC technician with a minimum of 5 years of experience to join our locally owned and operated company.

We’re especially interested in technicians who live within an hour of the Atlanta area, preferably on the South Side.

We’re not looking for someone who just wants to punch a clock. We’re looking for someone who takes pride in their work and believes in doing the job the right way, every time.

If you value:

Integrity
Honesty
Hard work
Quality craftsmanship
Great customer service
Being part of a team that actually appreciates your work

...we’d love to hear from you.

Come get back to working for a locally owned business where your experience matters, your hard work is recognized, and you’re treated like a person and not a number.

We also offer:

· Competitive Wages

· Medical and Dental Insurance

· Annual Pay Raises

· Company Vehicle

· Paid Holidays and Vacation Time

If you have 5+ years of HVAC experience and are ready for a change, apply today!

Because we're looking for experienced technicians who can diagnose problems in the field not just answer interview questions, we use a short technical assessment as part of our hiring process. Qualified candidates will then have the opportunity to participate in a paid working interview alongside our team. You must have a Clean MVR to apply.

Company Description

We understand that skilled trades require more than simply showing up and turning a wrench. Experience, attention to detail, problem-solving, and a commitment to doing things the right way are what separate a good technician from a great one.

Our employees are an important part of our success, and we believe those who take pride in their work and understand the value of skilled trades should be recognized and rewarded for it. We’re looking for people who want to build a career, not just collect a paycheck.

If you take pride in your craft, value quality over shortcuts, and want to work for a company that respects the trade and the people who practice it, we’d like to have you on our team.
