Journeyman Plumber – Residential & Commercial

Location: Weatherford, TX

Pay: $35–$45 per hour

Job Overview

We are hiring an experienced Journeyman Plumber to perform plumbing installations, repairs, maintenance, and troubleshooting for residential and commercial customers throughout Weatherford and the surrounding area.

The ideal candidate is a licensed plumbing professional who takes pride in quality workmanship, works safely, communicates effectively with customers, and can diagnose plumbing problems independently. This position offers competitive pay, consistent work, and long-term career growth.

Responsibilities

Install, repair, and maintain residential and commercial plumbing systems.
Diagnose plumbing problems and provide effective, long-term solutions.
Repair and replace water lines, drain lines, piping, fixtures, water heaters, and related equipment.
Read and interpret blueprints, specifications, and technical drawings.
Complete all work according to Texas plumbing codes and safety standards.
Explain plumbing issues and recommended solutions clearly to customers.
Maintain accurate records of completed work and materials used.
Coordinate with team members to complete projects efficiently and on schedule.
Properly operate and maintain plumbing tools and diagnostic equipment.
Maintain a clean, organized, and professional work environment.
Participate in an on-call rotation when required.

Qualifications

Active Texas Journeyman Plumber license.
Previous residential and commercial plumbing experience.
Strong knowledge of plumbing systems, codes, and safety requirements.
Ability to troubleshoot and complete repairs independently.
Experience reading blueprints and technical drawings.
Valid driver’s license with an acceptable driving record.
Strong communication and customer service skills.
Ability to perform the physical requirements of the position.
Dependable, organized, and attentive to detail.
Availability for flexible hours or an on-call rotation when necessary.
