The Ideal Candidate :

The ideal Field Service Technician is someone we can depend on.

Technology, customers, and project requirements continually change, and training and remote technical support are available. What matters is having a solid technical foundation, the ability and desire to learn, good judgment, and the willingness to work through unfamiliar problems.

Our strongest technicians are comfortable working independently, traveling wherever the work requires, communicating professionally with everyone they encounter, and taking ownership of their assignments. They understand when to troubleshoot independently, when to engage remote technical resources, and when a customer Scope of Work requires approval before making a change.

If you enjoy hands-on technology, solving problems in the field, learning new systems, and working in an environment where no two assignments are exactly the same, this position may be a strong fit.
