Job Description

You know your way around a panel, can spot a bad connection before it arcs, and don’t need someone hovering over you to get the job done right.

At Absolute Services, we’re looking for electrical technicians who can diagnose, explain, and execute with confidence – and want to work somewhere that actually respects their skill.

If you’re the kind of person who takes pride in clean work, satisfied customers, and being the go-to problem solver, then you’ll fit right in.

What You’ll Get:

· Guaranteed weekly pay with the opportunity to make $100,000+ per year.

· Paid holidays, vacation time, parental leave, and training opportunities.

· Medical, dental, vision, prescription, and group life insurance.

· 401(k) with match and an HSA to keep your future on track.

· Company vehicle, gas card, uniform, phone, and tablet.

· Top Tech perks, including gift cards, prizes, lunches, and paid experiences.

· Referral bonuses, employee discounts, and an employee relief fund for when life throws you a curveball.

What You’ll Do:

· Troubleshoot, repair, and maintain residential electrical systems with precision and pride.

· Deliver top-tier service and provide recommendations to keep customers comfortable – and calling you back!

· Document your work in our trade software, ServiceTitan, to keep your day running smooth.

· Pursue certifications if needed – we invest in people who are willing to invest in themselves.

· Work independently, own your route, and represent Absolute Services with professionalism.

What You’ll Bring:

Valid Kentucky Journeyman License

· Valid U.S. driver’s license and clean driving record.

· Willingness to undergo a pre-employment background check and drug screening.

· Strong communication skills and the ability to work independently, without being micromanaged.

· Commitment to personal growth, ownership, and being part of a winning team.

What Makes Us Different:

This isn’t a job for clock-punchers. There’s a reason our service techs are some of the highest-paid in the Louisville market – a fact we take great pride in. Pioneer is where tradespeople come to build careers, achieve financial freedom, and be part of a no-drama team.

We don’t babysit. We don’t do red tape. We don’t burn people out. What we do is back each other up, take responsibility, and get the job done right the first time.

We live by a set of values we call GRIT:

· Growth – We embrace discomfort and get better every day.

· Respect – We treat people right, period.

· Integrity – We own our work, keep our word, and do what’s right – even when it’s hard.

· Team – We back each other up in moments of success and adversity.
